Currently I'm surrounded by a strong, sweet and spicy lavender and rosemary scent in my room, posting from my laptop in bed in my pjs.

In therapy yesterday afternoon, I've started a new treatment : DBT : dialectical behavioral therapy. It's changing your thoughts and feelings by questioning them and answering them yourself. It's reasoning with your own mind and self.

Been napping a few hours, had a bad night last night, but I'm fine today because I'm doing aroma therapy and listening to Japanese and Chinese meditation music currently.

Everything is quite peaceful currently in life, except the depressing weather, but I'm home with a few lights on, a lavender rosemary scent all around me and listening to Asian meditation music on Spotify free. Thence my current moment aint bad at all!

Been having a light blackish discharge for 3 days currently, but it doesn't trigger any bad moods or thoughts in me anymore. I've changed a lot for the better, binging my hottest Chinese drama all day today "The best Partner", also the latest completed lawyers' Chinese drama from 2020. I should be having a good time after lunch and posting.

Been to therapy this morning. Been having some new insight on DBT "dialectical behavioral therapy", "exposure therapy" and CPT: "cognitive processing therapy" as well as mindfulness. Minding my own thoughts and feelings is just choosing what to do and how to act every moment in my life, distinguishing my own thoughts and emotions from my current facts and circumstances in life. Everything in life is entirely a coincidence and circumstantial. Taking thusly, I feel a lot better about everything currently in life so far. Life has been treating me so utterly perfectly for me because I've decided thus willingly and consciously done so every moment in my life.

Not letting anything affect my present happiness is truly my choice and strictly up to me. That I've realized a long time ago, just having my current moment's blessing and bliss on mind presently! Reading in bed and doing aroma therapy and music therapy for self-care all day today.
