1 This one could be the most difficult to do.
Under the support beams of the Raton Canyon Bridge, near North Chumash. It can only be accessed parking a helicopter in the beams (As soon as you park the helicopter in the beams it might get stuck solidly) or parachuting (you'll need to be good at precision parachuting to parachute onto the narrow beam). Make Sure you have a parachute to get down with. If using the Helicopter there's a good chance that you'll lose it, hence why you need the parachute to get down. Myself personally tend to do this one last.
Collect all 50 Spaceship Parts and bring them to Omega the Hippie to unlock the Space Docker, a moonbuggy with raygun sounds. This is the only time that you will be able to get the space docker. If you leave it, it will disappear.
SPACESHIP PART 1
Spaceship Part 1 can be found at the Los Santos Gas Company. It's on a pipe between two large globe structures/concrete tanks on Elysian Island. Use the stairs on the west side to climb the concrete tanks. It is possible to land a helicopter at either end of the domes, but very carefully and making sure you facing the docks.
SPACESHIP PART 2
Spaceship Part 2 can be found at Los Santos International Airport. This can be found much easier after Franklin purchases his hangar since that prevents your 3 Star Wanted Level from raising. This part is by a dumpster behind the hangar adjacent to Franklin's.
Spaceship Part 3
Spaceship Part 3 can be found at the Merryweather base on Elysian Island. Under the water beneath the dock you'll find a submerged metal frame. The part is here.
SPACESHIP PART 4
Spaceship Part 4 can be found on the coast by the Murrieta Oil Fields. The obvious part is on a small rocky island south of the Oil Fields.
SPACESHIP PART 5
Spaceship Part 5 can be found in El Burro Heights (Elysian Fields Freeway). Look for the storm drain below the freeway. This is just west of spaceship part 4.
SPACESHIP PART 6
Spaceship Part 6 can be found can be found in Rancho (Dutch London Street). This is at the base of the Watts Towers-like sculpture. Enter the gate on the east side to access it.
SPACESHIP PART 7
Spaceship Part 7 can be found in the northern part of the El Burro Heights oil field. This is inside a cargo container at the side of a warehouse. It's a long, green container by a shorter blue one.
SPACESHIP PART 8
Spaceship Part 8 can be found in Davis (South Los Santos). This is on the helipad rooftop of the Central Los Santos Medical Center. A ladder on the west side will allow you access to the roof and part -- and helicopters!
SPACESHIP PART 9
Spaceship Part 9 can be found in Strawberry under the freeway directly northwest of the Vanilla Unicorn.
SPACESHIP PART 10
Spaceship Part 10 can be found in Vespucci (Palomino Avenue). Look for the Liquor Hole on Palomino -- this part is on a billboard above the store (vodka ad on one side, basketball player on the other). Climb it from the rear side.
SPACESHIP PART 11
Spaceship Part 11 can be found can be found in Murrieta Heights (El Rancho Boulevard). A dam blocks the river here. This part is on the catwalks of the dam. You'll have to use a ladder to get there.
SPACESHIP PART 12
Spaceship Part 12 can be found in the tower at Vinewood Lake. This small, white tower is not completely inaccessible from the ground. You can drive a panto or a motorcycle onto the bridge and position it in front of the tower, then you can jump on top of the motorcycle and then to the roof, but getting on the motorcycle could be a little tricky. You could also Parachute in to get the part! Or alternatively, with a bit of care, you can land a helicopter on the roof of the tower.

Spaceship Part 13 can be found in a cave in Tongva Hills. Use the [map] to find the cave -- it can be accessed easily by parachute or a motorcycle.

Spaceship Part 14 can be found can be found in Textile City (Sinner's Passage). The fabric market has an alley called Simmet Alley, and here you can find the part -- it's between Bean Machine coffee and the fabric place.

SPACESHIP PART 16
Spaceship Part 16 can be found in the subway construction site. This is the same area through which Franklin drives during the getaway section of the Jewel Store Heist.

Spaceship Part 17 can be found on the Richards Majestic movie set. The part is located on the outer-upper level of one of the houses inside the complex. To retrieve this part without incurring Police attention, use Michael after completing Solomon's missions.

Spaceship Part 18 can be found in Burton (Las Lugunas Blvd.). Visit the upper level of Rockford Plaza and find a small grassy garden looped by a driveway. The part is hidden in a shrub.

Spaceship Part 19 can be found in Burton (Carcer Way). The part is in a dry pool atop a condomium complex directly west of Los Santos Customs.
SPACESHIP PART 20
Spaceship Part 20 can be found in the Los Santos Golf Club in Rockford Hills. The part is located in a small clump of land in the middle of a pond at the south of the course.

Spaceship Part 21 can be found in the Land Act Reservoir. Dive under the wooden dock to find the part.

Spaceship Part 22 can be found in the Land Act Reservoir. The part is sitting out in the open near several huge concrete pipes.

Spaceship Part 23 can be found in Vinewood Hills (Lake Vinewood). Wedged in a corner under water flush with the dam.

Spaceship Part 24 can be found on the beach in the Tataviam Mountains. It is possible to land a helicopter on this beach.

Spaceship Part 25 can be found in Richman Glen (Harlow Dr.). Located near the roots of a tree not far from the tennis court.

Spaceship Part 26 can be found on the rooftop of the Galileo Observatory by the telescope dome on the east side.

Spaceship Part 27 can be found near a house in Banham Canyon. The part is located near a small telescope outside (south-southwest of Weston's house).

Spaceship Part 28 can be found east of the wind farm. The part is located in a water filled cave, under the water and near the back. You can kill two birds with one stone here and collect the letter scrap at the same time. Located on a small beach area inside the cave.

Spaceship Part 29 can be found near Mount Haan Road in the Grand Senora Desert. The part is located south and a bit west of the construction site / race track, along the eastern side of the dirt road.

Spaceship Part 30 can be found in the Marlowe Vineyard in the Tongva Hills area. The part is between the rows in the southeastern section of the vineyards.

Spaceship Part 32 can be found in the Grand Senora Desert just southeast of the Redwood Lights Track. The part is located near a western facing "Welcome" sign decorated with a painted Alien head.

Spaceship Part 33 can be found in the Great Chaparral area. The part is hidden on the porch of an dilapidated house. You could kill two birds with one stone here and collect the letter scrap at the same time, behind the billboard.

Spaceship Part 34 can be found in the Grand Senora Desert just north of the Discount Store/LS Customs area. The part is hidden under a boat not far from a deck with two telescopes.
SPACESHIP PART 35
Spaceship Part 35 can be found in the Grand Senora Desert just direct south of the Darts/Pool hall. The part is hidden on the upper catwalk on the left-most satellite dish.
SPACESHIP PART 36
Spaceship Part 36 can be found in the Grand Chaparral area just south of the church (where you encounter the Hitch Lift 4 Random Event). The part is hidden beneath the wooden bridge on the Zancudo River.
SPACESHIP PART 37
Spaceship Part 37 can be found on the Zancudo River close to the waters of the Alamo Sea. The part is at the waterside down the river from the trestle.
SPACESHIP PART 38
Spaceship Part 38 can be found in Sandy Shores just northeast of the Airfield. The part is hidden above a huge pile of boulders.
SPACESHIP PART 39
Spaceship Part 39 can be found on the slopes of Mt. Josiah. The part is hidden on a very narrow ledge near a level area on the middle strata of the hill. It is best accessed by helicopter landing, or you can use a scrambler/dirt bike. The part is only clearly visible by looking down the cliff directly above.

Spaceship Part 40 can be found in the alien shrine near Sandy Shores just southeast of Darts/Pool hall. The piece is hidden at the top of the painted area.
SPACESHIP PART 41
Spaceship Part 41 can be found in the Alamo Sea. The part is hidden under the water in the cove behind the abandoned diner.
SPACESHIP PART 42
Spaceship Part 42 can be found under Calafia Bridge on the edge of Cassidy Creek. This is the same place where Trevor crashes the train during the Derailed mission. This one can only be accessed by boat or it's possible (with careful handling) to land a helicopter on the Island.
SPACESHIP PART 43
Spaceship Part 43 can be found at the San Chianski Mountain Range area. The part is hidden inside the boat shed near the end of the pier. This is also the same place where you begin the Monkey Business mission.
SPACESHIP PART 44
Spaceship Part 44 can be found under the Cassidy Creek bridge at Raton Canyon. To reach it, you'll have to carefully park a helicopter on the concrete beam or parachute from above (be sure to hit the concrete pillar to stop your descent).

This Spaceship part can be found at the cow farms in Grapeseed just west of the O'Neill meth lab. The item will be in the middle area of the cow sheds.

Spaceship Part 46 can be found in Paleto Beach just due north of the Sonar Docks. The part is hidden on a tiny island inlet just offshore.
