It's at the bottom of the forum. It's a small bit that appears to show two lines. It usually says welcome to the shout box.

I've checked the permissions for it, and it is installed for use on ALL themes including Plain Blue, so will investigate further.

@paul,Fixed. Had to go into the template for the plain blue theme and reset everything to default. Works now!
