Good night all, having an iced cappuccino and a honey and bbq crisp. Lunch is spaghetti with green tea. Showering and having a hair wash and doing aroma therapy till dinner and resting tonight.

i have a soft tissue injury in my hips, knees and shoulders from getting hit by a automatic door, also going for x-ray on my knees, hip and shoulder tomorrow
